TL;DR: I orchestrated creative endeavors from inception to completion. I led teams, managed resources, and established seamless coordination across various production stages, ensuring that content was delivered on time and within scope without compromising on creative excellence.
My career and love for film and video production started in 2007 at the UFC as a Motion Graphic Designer. With a passion for visual storytelling, I thrived in crafting immersive experiences through motion graphics; breathing life into concepts, blending design elements seamlessly to create captivating visuals for UFC events and Marketing brand projects that resonated deeply with the UFC target audience.
From there I went on to lead the mograph team, edit promos, getting immersed in the world of post-production and collaboration, leveraging talents and creativity to enhance narratives and create immersive experiences that transcend expectations. Taking all this experience and looking for opportunities to grow, I transitioned into production as a Producer. My time in production at the UFC provided an opportunity to immerse myself in multifaceted roles of post-producing, field producing, and line producing, encompassing a comprehensive skill set vital for content creation. My organizational strength manifested prominently in line producing, managing intricate logistics, budgets, and schedules with precision to ensure seamless production. I adeptly balanced creative vision with fiscal responsibility, streamlining operations for efficient project fruition. In field producing, I thrived in dynamic environments, orchestrating on-site operations and capturing compelling content crucial for impactful storytelling. As a post-producer, I excelled in refining raw content into polished masterpieces, shaping narratives through skillful editing, and adding final touches that resonated with target audience. Though my tenure primarily focused on promotional Marketing content at the UFC, I gained valuable experience in Live Event Production by frequently collaborating with the Live Events Team and our contract event management partners. This experience and exposure expanded my knowledge and understanding of the live production landscape.
After a fulfilling 13-year run at the UFC, I decided to pivot my skills outside of sports and into the gaming industry. This decision marked the beginning of my gaming journey where I joined Bungie.

As the Senior Manager of Creative Studios Operations, I directed the business management aspects of our Creative Studios team, within Publishing and Marketing. I mentored and led a diverse set of creative teams covering various disciples, including Art, Design, Video, Editorial, Motion, Live/Studio Production, Video Game Capture, and Consumer Products. My role involved optimizing capacity planning in collaboration with Marketing and Publishing stakeholders for GTM campaigns and brand marketing initiatives. I ensured effective briefing of initiatives/campaigns for solid workload forecasts aligned with schedules and costs. Handling the annual operating plan (AOP) for Creative Studios Operations, I forecasted and planned operational and capital expenses to support GTM needs while overseeing budgets, SLAs, and process design. Through effective leadership and process improvements, I was able to increase productivity but also created a healthier and more efficient environment, achieving remarkable growth in output without compromising quality or straining resources.
In my role, I've spearheaded the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our diverse creative teams within Creative Studios. From optimizing capacity planning to meticulous budgeting and fostering technical enhancements, I've worked collaboratively to ensure seamless execution of GTM campaigns.

Working for the Programming and Events team, under Central Gaming Marketing at Xbox, I specialize in high-level strategy planning, managing creative operations, and optimizing workflows to drive efficient processes across creative broadcast and event programs. My expertise spans from strategy through post-production, ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives and supporting the rhythm of the business. I am deeply involved in developing and executing go-to-market plans, while also planning fiscal year roadmaps to align long-term objectives with operational efficiency. My focus is on delivering impactful programs and events that meet both creative and strategic goals.
